These Website Standard Terms and Conditions, as well as the Website Privacy Policy, govern all use of the WellKnown Cleaning website and services. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the services ("Users").
By accessing or using the WellKnown Cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.
Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of any entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Services Description
WellKnown Cleaning provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial customers in the United States. Our services include but are not limited to house cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and other related cleaning services.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Booking and Scheduling
Users may schedule cleaning services through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team directly. When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your cleaning needs and property.
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested appointment times, but cannot guarantee availability. All appointments are subject to confirmation by WellKnown Cleaning.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing for our services is clearly displayed on our website or provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate.
Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original estimate, including but not limited to extra cleaning tasks, access issues, or additional time required due to conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about cleaning requirements and property conditions
- Ensuring safe access to the premises for our cleaning staff
- Securing or removing items of high value before service
- Ensuring pets are secured or appropriately managed during cleaning
- Providing access to water and electricity as needed for cleaning tasks
- Communicating any special requirements or concerns prior to service
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost.
We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, access issues, or safety concerns.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellKnown Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of cleaning services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WellKnown Cleaning for the services giving rise to the claim.
Property Damage
WellKnown Cleaning carries liability insurance for damages that may occur during cleaning services. In the event of damage to your property caused by our employees during the performance of services, we will work with you to repair or replace the damaged item to the extent of our liability coverage.
Customers are advised to inform us of any fragile or valuable items before service begins. We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.
Confidentiality
WellKnown Cleaning and its employees are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. All personal information, property details, and other sensitive information learned during the provision of services will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
Force Majeure
WellKnown Cleaning shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state where services are performed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the state where services are performed.
Changes to Terms
WellKnown Cleaning reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
